Shipping Policies

  • All orders are shipped within 48 hours from your order date.
  • We ship on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday each week
  • As a rule, We DO NOT ship Thursday through Sunday, however you may call 610-521-9010 to arrange for over night, priority shipping dates.
  • All orders placed by 3:00PM EST on Monday and Tuesday will ship the next day. Orders placed on Wednesday will ship the next day for overnight delivery only. Orders placed on Thursday thru Sunday will ship the following Monday.
  • If you want to place an order on Wednesday or Thursday for overnight delivery, please call us at 1-610-521-9010 BEFORE placing your order. We don't like to disappoint.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a link to track your order when your order ships. Please read the email to confirm details (contents, shipping address, etc).
  • We ship our packages via FedEx with a signature release, which means you don’t have to be home to sign for your package. We guarantee quality of your product on the requested arrival date.
  • / Pete Romano, Inc. is not responsible for damage to unclaimed packages. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure recipients are going to be home on the date of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery TImes

Purchased items will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday or within two days of purchase based on the following schedule:

  • Items purchased on Monday will ship on the following Wednesday.
  • Items purchased on Tuesday through Friday will ship on the following Monday.
  • Items purchased on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Tuesday.

For free shipping orders, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team at to resolve the issue within 5 days of delivery.
