Shipping & Delivery TImes
Purchased items will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday or within two days of purchase based on the following schedule:
- Items purchased on Monday will ship on the following Wednesday.
- Items purchased on Tuesday through Friday will ship on the following Monday.
- Items purchased on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Tuesday.
For free shipping orders, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you require other shipping needs, please call us at 6610-521-9010 to make alternate arrangements.
All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the issue within 5 days of delivery.
