We ship all Stromboli orders via UPS with a 2 day or overnight shipping option.
We don’t ship on Fridays, we wouldn’t want your Stromboli to spend the weekend alone.

Romano’s Souvenir Merchandise is shipped separately, unless part of a gift.

Please read our Shipping Policy Carefully – Shipping Stromboli is a delicate process!

  • All orders are shipped within 3 days from your order date.
  • We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week for 2 day shipping and Thursdays each week for overnight shipping.
  • All orders placed by 3:00PM EST on Monday and Tuesday will ship the next day. Orders placed on Wednesday will ship the next day for overnight delivery only. Orders placed on Thursday thru Sunday will ship the following Monday.
  • If you want to place an order on Wednesday or Thursday for overnight delivery, please call us at (610) 521-9010 BEFORE placing your order. We don’t like to disappoint.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a link to track your order when your order ships. Please read the email to confirm details (contents, shipping address, etc).
  • We ship our packages via FedEx with a signature release, which means you don’t have to be home to sign for your package. We guarantee quality of your product on the requested arrival date.
  • Romano’s Original Stromboli is not responsible for damage to unclaimed packages. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure recipients are going to be home on the date of delivery.

Romano’s Original Stromboli ships exclusively via UPS. Souveenir Merchandise ships via your choice of UPS or USPS.

Where can a Romano’s Original Stromboli be shipped?

We ship within the continental U.S., and we only ship to street addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses due to the perishable nature of our Strombolis.

How are Romano’s Original Stromboli packaged for shipping?

All Stromboli’s are individually wrapped in aluminum foil. Then we pack the Strombolis into styrofoam coolers with dry ice then into corrugated boxes.

What if I misstyped my address?

Check your addresses carefully! Romano’s Original Stromboli reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements if an address error is made.

Romano’s Original Strombolis are perishable, and we can’t guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to be rerouted. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address provided with your order.

What is the shelf life of a Stromboli?

Shelf life? Why would you put a Romano’s Original Stromboli on a shelf? Put them in your mouth! But seriously, for the best tasting Stromboli experience ever, you should heat and eat your Romano’s Original within 2 weeks of receiving your order. 2 weeks? We seriously can’t believe you have that much will power!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and a link to track your order.

What if I am not home when my order is delivered?

In most cases, FedEx will leave the package at your door if you are not home. In some cases, they will leave the package with a neighbor. If you do not receive your package as scheduled, you can track your package from your shipping confirmation email, or through the FedEx Customer Support line at 1-800-463-3339. Make sure you will be able to access your Stromboli shipment the day it is received and place the items into your freezer as soon as possible.
